Plain-English summary covering the beta period. Full legal terms ship before public launch.

What we provide

Access to the Mimir software for HVAC service, maintenance, and load-calculation workflows. The software is offered "as is" during beta. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee SLA-level availability until general release.

What you agree to

• Use the software for your own contracting business.
• Don't share login credentials outside your organization.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass authentication.
• Comply with applicable HVAC regulations + customer-data laws in your jurisdiction.

Payment + cancellation

• Beta is free. Founding partners lock founding pricing for life.
• General release: month-to-month, cancel anytime.
• On cancellation we hand back a full data export, then deactivate the account.

Liability

Charge diagnostics and Manual J load calcs are calculation tools — your tech's professional judgment, regulatory compliance, and signed/sealed deliverables remain your responsibility. Mimir is software; you are the licensed contractor.
